Academic Integrity
Our commitment
- We support fair assessment and genuine learning.
- We do not write, rewrite, or complete assessed work (coursework, projects, exams).
- Students create and submit their own work. Our input is for reference and preparation guidance only.
What we provide
- Coaching and guidance: study skills, research planning, structure, methodology and presentation coaching.
- Tutoring/tuition: explaining concepts, worked examples, and practice questions.
- Proofreading for clarity: grammar, spelling, punctuation, readability, formatting, and referencing checks (APA/Harvard/OSCOLA etc.).
- Feedback: suggestions and questions that help you improve your own writing.
What we will not do
- Write, rewrite, or paraphrase content to create new academic material for submission.
- Do your assignments, lab work, projects, or exams (including take-home or online).
- Fabricate, edit, or insert citations/data on your behalf.
- Bypass your institution’s academic integrity rules.
Editing standards (clarity-only)
- Edits are limited to language and formatting. We avoid changes that alter ideas, arguments, or original contribution.
- Substantive suggestions (structure/logic) are given as comments, not direct rewrites.
- We use tracked changes or comment mode for transparency.
Referencing & use of sources
- We can check style and formatting of references.
- You are responsible for source quality, accuracy, and academic honesty.
- Where required by your institution, acknowledge any assistance you received.
Use of AI & tools
- We do not supply AI-generated essays or content for submission.
- We may use quality-assurance tools (e.g., spellcheck) that do not create original academic content.
- If you choose to use AI tools, you must follow your institution’s rules and remain the author of your work.
Your responsibilities (students)
- Provide accurate briefs and confirm your university’s integrity policy.
- Use our feedback to improve your own work, do not submit our comments, examples, or edited files as your own.
- Keep drafts, notes, and feedback history for transparency if asked by your institution.
How to reference our help (if needed)
- If your institution requires disclosure, you may state that you received coaching/tutoring and clarity-only proofreading (no writing or content creation). Follow your institution’s specific wording.
